ReportCellPhoneUse.com stands behind its solution with no small print!  Our Terms & Conditions are as follows:

If a client doesn’t realize a significant reduction, of at least 50%, in at-fault accidents, auto-loss runs and Workers' Comp claims (claims resulting from an vehicle accident) after affixing ReportCellPhoneUse®.com | Call 877-STOP TXT decals to company-owned vehicles per the instructions provided including having all drivers (employees) sign the Distracted Driving - Cell Phone Use Policy (provided at enrollment), a client may request a 50% refund of the annual monitoring fees paid to ReportCellPhoneUse.com, an MDRIV company.

FAQ

Can I add vehicles to my account?

Absolutely.  Either call or send an email requesting to enroll additional vehicles and our team will add them to your account and send decals to place on vehicles.

Can I cancel a single vehicle if taken out of service from our fleet?

Yes, absolutely.  If replacing the vehicle, we will provide a new decal at no cost to client.  If vehicle is not going to be replaced, we do not offer a refund for any of the months remaining under agreement.  We will also not auto-renew the vehicle upon the anniversary date of enrolling your fleet with ReportCellPhoneUse.com's Driver Monitoring program.

Can I cancel at anytime throughout the year?

Yes, but the Annual Monitoring Fee is not pro-rated and is non-refundable.
